Amorario terms of use

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Amorario (“the app”, “we”) is an independent web tool run by Facilon (Alberto Curcio Linares, Costa Rica). By using the app, publishing a page or visiting this site you accept these terms.

1. What Amorario is

An app to build a surprise page for your partner (a time-together counter, photos, a song, letters and stats from your chat) and share it with a link and a QR code.

2. What you may publish

You are responsible for everything you publish. Only upload photos that are your own or that you have permission to use, and your own text. Everything must be appropriate: no nudity or sexual content, no images of minors in inappropriate situations, no violence, harassment, hate, threats, other people’s private details without their permission, scams or anything illegal. Don’t use Amorario to bother someone who doesn’t want to hear from you.

3. Moderation and reports

Every published page has a “Report this page” link. We review reports and may remove, without notice, any page that breaks these rules (deleting its photos). We may also remove pages when an authority asks us to or when the payment is reversed.

4. Preview, publishing and payment

Building the page and viewing the preview is free. Publishing a page (with its link and QR code) will be a one-time payment (not a subscription) of US$6.99 (Spanish and Portuguese pages: US$4.99); taxes may apply depending on your country. Each purchase publishes one page. The page doesn’t expire: it stays online until you delete it or until we remove it under section 3. You can edit it whenever you like with your private link; if you lose it, you can restore it with the purchase email or the order number.

Payment is handled by our reseller Creem (creem.io), the merchant of record: it charges you, issues the receipt and applies its own terms. If you have any problem with a payment, email support@esfacilon.com.

5. Your content

Your content stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to anyone with the link, only so the page works.

6. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep pages online at all times, but we don’t guarantee the service is error-free or always available. Keep the PDF with the QR code and your original photos. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Support: support@esfacilon.com.
